Zacharias Kunuk’s new feature film Maliglutit was premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. Artcirq’s Cara Di Staulo and Guillaume Saladin were present as producer and stunt coordinator for the film.

Damien Tulugarjuk was selected to represent Artcirq at the Qaggiavuut Teacher Training in Iqaluit, where artists from across the territory congregated to share and improve their pedagogical practices in the arts.

Artcirq’s longtime collaborators Patrick Léonard and Geneviève Drolet from Les 7 Doigts de la Main joined Artcirq coordinators in leading workshops at the Black Box. A 3 day fishing trip was also organized as a means for our guest artists to better understand Inuit life.
